Here’s some solution tips on how to make Monday’s work for you:


💫 Gratitude- Starting your week with a grateful mind will have you enjoying the blessings you have and if you are not where you desire to be, focus on the feeling of how it would be once you reach your goals. Gratitude turns what we have into enough.


💫 Block out society views about Mondays- I speak a lot on energy and how we can solve our problems. One of those solutions about solving Monday blues is not allowing culture to dictate how we feel about Mondays. Not one day is guaranteed; therefore, making the most of each day is to know how to live well. Let your views be a powerful catalyst for happiness.


💫 Get Inspired: it’s normal from time to time to lack inspiration or motivation. This allows the body and mind time to process what works for us. When this happens, make a list of the things you’re excited about. Challenge yourself to put the previous week behind you so you can focus on all the wonderful opportunities for the new week. Making a list of what you WILL focus on can make sense of our past, bring us peace for today, and create a vision for tomorrow.
