All subscription payments and individual session payments are final.

 

In the event of a life-threatening emergency, i.e. death or unexpected travel for a family emergency, the Coach will make reasonable efforts to reschedule and in a manner that accommodates both Client’s and the Coach’s schedules. 

           a.         Payments for individual Sessions are not refundable.

           b.         If the Client cancels a multiple Session subscription “Plan”, Coach will refund the fee attributable to all unused Sessions of the Plan if cancellation is made 2 days in advance of a Session.

 

Late Policy

All Sessions will begin at a designated time. The client and Coach are to be respectful and responsible for the time set for Coaching sessions and ready to begin. If the Client is not present at a designated Coaching session time, the Coach reserves the right to cancel the session with  NO REFUND.
