Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: In the event that the Client wishes to cancel a Coaching session, the Client agrees that it is the Client's responsibility to notify Coach 2 days in advance of the scheduled Session. Sessions canceled through Coach’s website with less than 2 days’ notice, will not be refunded or rescheduled. Sessions canceled through Coach’s website with 2 days’ notice, will not be refunded, but the Client may reschedule through Coach’s website. Please read our Refund Policy. Canceling Individual Sessions: To cancel an individual session, please cancel online at www.phoenixrisingcoachingservices.com through the “My Bookings” tab. Group Coaching Sessions Cancellation Policy: If clients cancel their membership, payment will not auto-renew for the following payment period. The client agrees that attending their group session (s) is the Client's responsibility. Missed Group Sessions will not be refunded.
