As you prepare and ease into the weekend , here’s a few things to keep in mind:
💫 You had a productive week! No matter how you handled the week, you accomplished what was needed. And if you did nothing, that’s ok too! Don’t underestimate the value of doing nothing-There is more to life than increasing its speed.
💫 Reflect on how you felt during the week. Part of building self care is to self assess. I think self awareness is the ability to take a honest look at ourselves, not to criticize but to develop compassion and support for areas of growth.
💫Relax and Release. Studies have shown that roughly 44 million people have some form of mental health disorder. Taking the time to properly respond to how you may need to attend to your mental health is important. Whatever it is: getting together with a friend , watching your favorite show, treating yourself to a good meal, or even to disconnect in order to re-connect with you, Make the right decisions that create balance and harmony in your life.
